The most normal of these is the Chao Chow Palace Restaurant, serving a variety of Chao Chow dishes, a cuisine of Guangdong province specializing in fresh fish and pickled vegetables. For those craving western food there is the Whitehouse western restaurant, or the Bar lounge (that is meant to be modeled upon the countryside of Europe). The weirdest of the lot however is the "Red Apple Beer City", also based upon a "city of Europe", which boasts fresh European beer, Filipino singers and traditional folk songs.

The hotel has separate male and female sauna rooms, a beauty salon, a night club, a disco and a billiards room. The business center provides fax, typing and ticket reservation services. Location, service and price make this one of the top four star hotels in Fuzhou.
