Zhong Xia Hotel (Dalian Zhongxia Keshe Jiudian) is located in the Fujia Village beauty spot on the south beach of Dalian City, one side facing the sea, the other three sides surrounded by mountains.

The Hotel has 240 guestrooms, including standard room, single room and deluxe suite. There are 21 dining halls of different sizes, all of which are equipped with top grade Hi-fi and video transmission system. The largest dining hall can hold 500 people to eat at the same time. There are 14 conference rooms equipped with simultaneous transmission system, in which the big conference room can hold about 500 people.
